Returns Policy
We understand that customers will sometimes purchase an item that does not meet their needs, and we are committed to providing you with a fair returns policy. Experience has shown that the vast majority of returns can be avoided if the item’s features and intended use are researched before the purchase. We encourage you to contact our product specialists at 248-630-2050 with any questions you may have prior to placing your order. This Returns policy applies only to purchases made on SaddleLockers website or from an Authorized SaddleLockers Direct Seller. For purchases made from other vendors (such as one of our authorized dealers), please refer to their respective returns policies.
Lockers
- You may return new, unopened and undamaged items, still in their original packaging, within 30 days from delivery.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before the item is returned. Call 248-630-2050 for assistance. Returns without a valid RA will be returned at sender’s expense.
- Item must be returned within 15 days from the date the RA was issued.
- All accessories, manuals and operating instructions must be included for maximum credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and return-shipping fees will apply.
- SaddleLockers reserves the right to adjust the refund amount based on the condition of the returned product.
- Freight customers or a designated individual by the customer must be present to accept the order an off load it. Smaller orders can be unloaded by hand; carriers provide a lift gate in some cases. Larger orders may require a forklift (at customers expense) available through a local rental company. Your delivery appointment will be scheduled with the carrier in advance.
- Please inspect shipment upon receipt of your order. Note any changes, shortages, overages, or damages on bill of material. Contact us immediately to file a claim. We require pictures of damages goods for insurance claims. Failure to report and/or note discrepancies or damages on the bill at time of delivery may prevent filing of your claim. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to items that have been opened and / or are not in their original packaging.
